• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

• Some products such as perishable pet food, opened hygiene items, or customized products are not eligible for return.

Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Exchanges
